1. Live Bird Sales

Due to the live nature of our products, we do not accept returns on guinea fowl, guinea hens, or any live birds. Once an order has been placed and the birds are shipped, we cannot process returns.

2. Live Chick Guarantee

We guarantee that your ordered number of guinea fowl will arrive healthy and true to breed. If any issues occur upon arrival, such as health concerns or discrepancies in the order, please contact us within 3 days at sales@birdguineafowl.com. We will work with you to resolve any problems, which may include replacements or other solutions as deemed appropriate.

3. Non-Live Products

For any non-live products purchased (such as accessories or supplies), you may return them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@birdguineafowl.com for instructions.

4. Refund Process

Refunds for eligible non-live products will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
